Hey everyone. All right, I've attempted this before and backed out every time because I wasn't ready to sell or something else came up. But not this time, I'm actually ready to part with my XL2. It's been a great camera, but really, for what I want, it's not the right piece of equipment.
What IS the right piece of equipment, however, is a dvx. Yes, they do the same thing, but really, the form factor and the fact that I rarely have to color correct my dvx work means that I'm able to work faster than I currently do with the XL2.
So here's the deal. I'd be more than happy to sell the XL2, and if I were to do that, I'd be looking for something in the $2900-3000 range. Otherwise, what I'm looking to do is trade for a dvx of comparable value.
The XL2 comes with all the original accessories, and the original box is still intact.
Just pm me with whatever offers you feel like... offering. I'm just trying to be as flexible as possible because I would like to change up my equipment situation before I begin work on my next project.
