XL2 & DVX match settings?

Hey everyone, I have a shoot this weekemd and my DP insists on using his XL2 as a second camera. I would really apreciate it if anyone could tell me what, if any, the settings would be to match the two? Any help at all would be greatful, even guesses.

Well... I don't own either camera. However, I would suggest getting two external monitors (1 for each camera), putting them side by side, and eye the differences.

If you're a risk taker and don't really like Wal-mart, get two, identical portable DVD Players to set them up in the morning, write down the setting, then put them away and return them to wal-mart the next day. That way you know the monitors aren't calibrated differently.
 
This might work ...If you have an incident light meter against a 18% gray card and you can set your iris up on each camera that way..Don't know the ASA for the Canon but I've found my ASA for the Pany to be 320. Then try to get the monitors for each camera.
