XL-H 4 pin Hirose to 12V DC

I bought an XL-H in anticipation of powering my Mix Pre-D form the 12v coming out of my V-Mount batteries. Has anyone ever soldered one of these? I'm trying to figure out the pin out of the XL-H and which ones I should be connecting. It seems that pins 3 and 4 are negative/positive and the other two are not going to be in use. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks, it turns out 1 is ground and 4 is positive. 2 and 3 are not connected.

This is correct. Pin 1/ negative; Pin 4/ positive.
Not a project for an inexperienced solderer though and one should at least have a 'helping hands' tool and a magnification lamp for this type of job.
In any case, it's a little easier if the wire diameter is reduced fit the solder cups.
