I'm ready to break this canon xl h1 that I have and shoot my apple computer against the wall.

I shot 1080i 24p and for some reason when I capture it doesn't put it on the timeline it says can't ad recursively.

And in the easy set up it doesn't have an option for 1080i 24 what's the easiest way to capture and it the footage I shot.

I have until tomorrow to finish this project for a client that already paid.

Anyone that can solve this problem I'll send them $100 by western union!

Is it suppose to show final cut pro 2.1.2 when you upgrade it?

I upgraded it doesn't show 5.1.2 it still shows 5.1

There still isn't a drop box under easy set up for 1080 24f?

Because, again, XLH1 24f mode wasn't supported until 5.1.2. If you don't have 5.1.2, you cannot use FCP with XLH1 24F footage.
