Writing new timecode to the folowing decks: ?

Hi guys. Does anyone know how to write new timecode to the following decks (eg. 09:58:30:00)? I'm using FCP 7.

Sorry I don't know the model numbers of these decks yet. All I know is that they will be a high enough speck to edit to tape.

-HD CAM SR
-HD CAM
-DVCPRO
-DV

(I'm using a Decklink HD Extreme 2)
 
How would we tell you this answer without even knowing model numbers? And even then I would say, read the manual of each deck to determine if it has addressable timecode. From there you simply do a File>Print to Tape.
