Writing For Television - What It Is, How It's Done, and How To Get Started

This is good stuff, David. I didn't know you had an interest in screenwriting.

Will we see Part 2 this week? Looking forward to it!

David,

Great read. Thanks a bunch for this.

I really enjoyed the misconceptions section and many of the address's toward common mistakes, very insightful.

Jane Espenson's comments about relaxing are a breath of fresh air. Reading her comments and this article opened my eyes a bit wider to the possibility of writing for television.

I have to be honest, I had some misconceptions and frankly, I'm glad they were misconceptions because television looks like a fun and challenging place to be. The hive mind aspect of being on a staff has great appeal to me.

Again, thanks for the work on this and the addition of the collection of Fellowships and other outlets are simply invaluable.

Also, thanks for the post Larry

Bravo.
