Writing contract for third-party work - confused

I am being hired by a company to produce a few short videos as part of a project they're doing for a client. I'm writing a contract based on a form I found online. It's getting confusing because I have to explain what I'm producing and how it will be used, but the contract is for the marketing company, and how it will be used pertains to their client, who my contract isn't with. Do I mention the final client in the contract? Do I skip the info about the videos and say they're to be used as the marketing company sees fit?

I'm confused even writing this, so if anyone has any info that could maybe make this process clearer, I'd love to hear it.
