Writing a Graphics Spec for Stock Footage Site

My associate is writing the front end and back end code for a new stock video footage web site, using the new Silverlight tools. He is planning to market stock footage with a front end that is an improvement over nearly all of the existing stock footage sites, designed for customer ease of use.

I have been contracted to write a specification for "Contributing Author" clips, as the site will be accepting clips from professional film and video authors, using high-end equipment, who also demonstrate excellent cinematography skills.

I'm trying to cover all bases and make the spec as inclusive and air tight as possible. That is a daunting task for an individual, so I am soliciting input from other professionals in the field.

Would anyone care to give me a 'reality check' on what I've written so far? Are there any glaring errors, omissions or contradictions in the spec as it exists?

I've put it up on Google Docs and converted it to a web page for review:

Input from individuals, especially those having stock footage sales experience, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
