I’m looking for a writer to join me on the project “Merciful Choice” (working title).
Currently, Merciful choice is 30 page script that aims to be a 15minute short film. Merciful Choice is the story of Helen Weiss, a sufferer of late stage motor neuron syndrome. She is a well mind trapped in a disabled body. The film explores the options of Euthanasia and attempts to look at the issue from many angles.
I’m looking for a writer to take the script and write a new plot keeping several themes and features but overall creating a new and orginal vision.
I am a student at one of the best broadcasting and production schools in England. The film will be shot on the highest quality equipment and supported through festivals by the school as well as being shown to several important people through out the British television industry.
There will be no payment for work on the script, but the writer will be offered 15% of any money made if the production is picked up. Legal contracts can be drawn up if needed. This is a great opportunity to get exposure for your work and a great opportunity to see your work transcend words and come to life.
