Wrinkles

What filter do you use to get rid of wrinkles. I've seen filters by tiffen that ease the wrinkles down. Something similiar to that...

i have MB Looks. Any other suggestions on what to use?

I've used the noise reduction filter quite a few times to helps smooth out skin blemishes not sure about wrinkles though. Make sure you mask around these areas, otherwise it'll smooth out everything.
