So for the past two-ish years, I've been the 5th highest posting person on DVXuser.

Within 3 posts Bricey will have knocked me out of that position in just over a year.

Scary.
 
That makes it even more insane.

Here is the scary thing:

On August 28th at 4:25PM EST Brandon made his 6,000th post.
We are now 10 days later (minus 1 hour and 50 minutes) and Brandon is at 6700 posts. That is 700 posts in 10 days. That is 70+ posts a day.

It's not 12.99 posts per day... it's 70+ posts per day.

It is astonishing, but sort of funny.
 
Well... I go in spurts ya know... a week of lots of posts, and another week with very few... it's sporatic... I hit 4k posts on 5/23. It is now 9/7 and with 6700 posts... I wonder how many posts per day that is...

Really? considering I am working on three seperate film projects at the same time... My warping comes in handy these days, lemme tell ya :grin: :thumbsup:

I know man, it's all good. And I'll tell ya, I just don't have enough good things to say about all the people here on DVXuser... without this place I wouldn't be doing what I do, or anything. It's awesome. :thumbsup:

5/23 - 9/7 = 107 days (yes, I counted)

So, we're looking at 2700 posts in 107 days

That means that during your 'slow period' you were still posting an average of 25.23 posts per day.

I'm creeping up on 5k and I've been a member here for almost 3 years. Brandon left me in the dust awhile ago.:)
 
tell me about it, I've been a member for almost a year, but was silent for the first five months or so (just gleaning the info from the site geniuses)....

I figure that If I want to catch up to brandon, I think i'll just quit my job, dump my woman and hit the boards running...

however, I'd like one of the statisticians here to figure out how many of brandon's posts are under 5 words - those should count as partial posts!
