OK, so I pick up The Usual Suspects on DVD today...

2 words...
The Commentary!!!

Has anyone experienced this?? At the end of the film Bryan Singer and Christopher McQuarrie begin to talk about what is real, and what isn't real in the story, and then they start discussing the actors over it, and then over that, they talk about casting decisions, and over that they talk about how one thinks they stole ideas from other movies...

Track over track over track over track....

Weirdest thing I've ever listened to...

I was just trying to have a conversation...I guess Coltrain felt like trying to make someone feel bad. Me. Didn't work.

Anyways, for 1995. This film was really good.

yeah that film rocks. I definately know what you mean about paying attention to set details, lighting, etc... amazing what you can find the 2nd 3rd etc time over ;D

The Usual Suspects is one of those movies that, after being watched, makes you want to make a movie right then and there! :D

Any movie with a catch ending doesn't really hold up to too-frequent viewings, in my opnion. Yes, I think TUS rocks, but I don't think it would grip me if I watched it several times a year.
