Would you buy these?

you can get so much better for that price on ebay, you just have to be patient. In the past I have purchased:
2k openface
1k openface
600watt openface
1k softboxes
all individually for around $20-30 a piece
 
If you could get both for $30 with free shipping? Yes, it would be worth it. Trick is to learn how each instrument becomes a brush in your hand. Some cheap daylight fluoro lights aren't such a bad thing.

Doesn't look like any of these kits are going for that price though once they get closer to auction end.
