Serious? Look at it this way, only you can decide what fits the need best for YOU. If you travel with a tripod, especially via plane, then neither will work. Thrown in the back of a truck, the Chinese crap will last you maybe 3 months. We don't know your circumstances at all.
 
If you take care and transport your own gear, a cheaper bag would do easily.
I like the INDURO bag that came with the legs, it's slightly padded inside and the tripod is held by velcro straps. Great bag. But you can always transport it on it's own, in your car without a bag and never have any problem. Depends on the way you take care of your gear I'd say.
