would i need another light for my green screen setup?

Hi, i was wondering what you thought about my setup.
The 2 lights softbox for the green screen are at 5 feet.
My keylight softbox for my subject is at 8 feet.

I have a couple of questions.
1)I plan to buy another softbox (the same that i use for my green screen) to use as a fill light for my subject. Would it be useful?
Should i think of another type of light for the fill light?

2)Would it be beneficial to buy a backlight? Which one would be good?

I suppose the important feature is how those softboxes spread - what do they look like on? Patches, shadows, hotspots?

You want to buy a softbox for fill, and use the other softbox as key? Are they both not soft sources?
