I left messages that were not returned and I finally talked to someone live. I just got off the phone and have never been treated worse as a customer. I need a unique part for their unit and they would charge an arm an a leg for a part. They they stock the nut and bolt but will not sell at a reasonable price. (estimates of over $80.00 USD). They can choose to do business this way but if you buy their product then your after sales support will be rude and unappreciative in my opinion.
I will NEVER buy any of their products ever again. The representative was interrupting me and was unapologetic or sympathetic to my dilemma. Worst experience of customer service ever. I finally was so exasperated that I hung up.
