World War Z

That ending was lazy. And I was surprised how Matthew Fox was basically an extra in this? That's Jack from Lost, dammit! Haha. Brad Pitt was good as always, but the movie was ok. Not too terrible, but not good. I also had no problem with the lack of gore. I don't think that defines a zombie movie anyway. It's just the way the story was told, especially when I had high expectations from it.

I guess originally, everything after Jerusalem was different, with Brad Pitt fighting in Russia and trying to get back to his wife, who had gotten together with Matthew Fox after believing her husband was dead. Once they reshot, his role was reduced.

The ending was unnecessary just like the 3 endings at the end of the last of the Lord of the Rings movies. He could have flown in, we see his family is ok, boom, the end. I would have just cut the rest altogether.

Matthew who? I watched the first two episodes of Lost. Teh first episode I thought, wow, this is interesting, what's going on? The second episode I said, they have no idea what's going on and I'm not sitting through an entire season to find out it's all a dream or some other baloney. So I never watched another episode, and years later when it was over I was glad I didn't get on that Merry Go Round because it never went anywhere.

hahahaha, baloney. You chose wisely, although Lost did have it's moments, especially earlier on.

Ending? There was none. An overly obvious lead to a sequel? yep. Weak. Overall I must admit I can give better recommendations for movies to watch than this being done a much lower budget.

**** Possible SPOILERS *****

Agreed the ending was weak sauce. It kind of just skipped to Nova Scotia.

The rating did hurt this movie in that a couple times it was a bit hazy as to what was happening, I mean you knew but it didn't look right. The hand chopped off and crow bar stuck in the head bits should have been filmed differently if the rating was decided before being shot, no doubt it wasn't.

Overall I still quiet enjoyed it.

3.25/5

It's basically just Brad running around, but it's filmed pretty well and I still enjoyed it.
