Hi,
here is my order or operations. I was wondering if it makes sense.

1) warp stabilizer
2) white balance
3) blacks, whites, then mids.
4) flesh tones
5) saturation
6) black box to make an old movie look

OR IF I USE A LUT:
1) warp stabilizer
2) white balance
3) LUT
4) flesh tones
5) saturation
6) black box

Thanks in advance,
Have a good day,

Generally the rule of thumb is luma before chroma...
So basically:

1). Luma correction (blacks, whites, mids)
2). Color balance (includes white balance)
3). Saturation (overall scene)
4). Secondary color correction (includes skin tones)
5). Matching shots within scene

I don't use LUTS much but I guess I would apply the LUT after Luma correction and then adjust to taste...
