Working with Moles

I have always worked with Lowells and Arris for lighting but I am now DPing a feature and the key grip has a ton of Moles. Is there anything I should know about these lights that are different then Lowells and Arris? I want to avoid looking like an idiot on set.

2K Tungsten
1K Tungsten
650w Tungsten
300w Tungsten
200w Tungsten

Again I'm sure they cant be that different but if anyone could give me some pointers that would be nice.

They don't have retaining clips on the top, so watch your scrims and barn doors when you turn a light over.

Other than that, they are the same a arri lights (a bit beefier).
