Working with DVX squeeze and HD 1080p30 in same time line

Hello friends,

I am trying to find a way to deal with two different formats in the same FCP timeline for an HD and SD output.

I have 1080p30 shot on a sony HVR-V1U, and DV 30p shot on a Panasonic DVX-100 in squeeze mode to get 16:9...

Do you have any workflow suggestions for interweaving the two formats?

I am unsure what easy setup I would use for capturing HDV 30p shot on Sony V1u - I only have HDV 1080i60 options... Do I use that for the 30p? And would I then need to de-interlace?

What easy setup do I capture squeeze mode DVX footage - DV NTSC anamorphic? How would i then uprez to match HD? with compressor?

I have access to a HVR-M25u, but I am unsure if that will PLAY back the 30p for capture...
Any specific easy setup, timeline spec's, or specific compressor settings are appreciated!

Also, How would I uprez DV squeezed anamorphic to HD 1080p30 in compressor? What settings would be needed...
