Wolverine titles

[CheetinCheeto]

Hey forums, I'm doing a promo video for a concert and want to do some titles.
I want to freeze the video and throw titles up, and throw a moving film grain on top. ( a la Wolverine titles )

Any suggestions on where to start?

Thanks
