Woek area Bar missing

Some how I'm having trouble finding my work area bar possibly because my project is over 2 hours long.
Here's a photo of what I'm talking about.
On the top is a timeline with the bar and on the bottom is the timeline of a current project I'm doing. Basically I'm missing that bar and I'm wondering if theirs an easy way to make it show up like on an individual clip or the entire project. I've never had this problem before. Eighter I can't find it or I must have took it off somehow. I see the bar show up on my other projects but not the project I'm currently working on.

Sorry, I have just found it! Why couldn't I have found it before I did this post.

I tried to get this thread deleted since I found it immediately after I wrote this port. Basically the 2 ends were completely together and I almost didn't think it was it at first until I tried to stretch it again. It didn't stretch the first time. I shot multiple performances at a music competition and so the reason I'm using it is just to export tiny segments. I'm just giving the performers their parts. It's CS5.
