Hey guys...
I'm having a slight problem in which i was given a WMv file which amounted to about 189 mb and then had it converted into a quicktime file for final cut pro 5. The thing is i used a "none" codec to preserve as much information as possible (it came out to be about 24 Gigs....)
It plays as a quicktime file, sound and everything but i am not able to pull it into final cut...
The video image won't show in the viewer...
If i double click the video in sequence it'll show on the player but even if i render a section in the timeline there's no image...
So what to do?
try another compression?.....i did an mpeg 4 and that worked, but i don't like the amount of artifacts it has.......
any suggestions?
