[watson]

If i wanna compress WMV (yea dont ask why i prefer quicktime too but sometimes you gotta do things for other people) on a mac what is the best progarm/way since Final Cut does not have a output for wmv. Any input would be great. Thanks.

Only software I've seen do WMV is Sorenson Squeeze Suite. Check Versiontracker.com for other apps that might do what you are looking for. I'm sure there is some free program somewhere or at least some thing less expensive than Squeeze Suite.

I haven't seend WMV support in Sorenson myself. If you need to do WMV on a mac the only program i am aware of is Compression Master. It's expensive though at $500.
