WITHOUTABOX - image upload/download and message board issues

EDIT: MESSAGE BOARD IS BACK UP, APPARENTLY THEY WERE CHANGING SERVERS.

Loving the idea of Withoutabox and the text upload and interface has all been super great.

But having significant problems either uploading or downloading images and their message board is just a store front with no access to the threads, for me at least.

First the image problem(s):

Production stills.
- upload fine in Firefox.
- upload fine in Safari.

- download fine in Safari
- will not download from firefox.

Their file limit is 3mb, these files are 600kb.
When you get to the download window in Safari they show the actual file size.
When you get to the download window in Firefox, they show .1MB, and download a 0KB file.

Bio Photo
- will not upload or appear in Firefox
- will not download in fire fox
- works fine in Safari

So it seems like there is a work around - use Safari, not Firefox, but the point is that random festivals around the world are supposed to be able to download this stuff, not me, I'm just testing it and it has me a little concerned.

Audience Pages
- Can get images to upload in galleries.
- Cannot get images to upload
directly to the main image box for the film page in Fire Fox or Safari
- Cannot assign images from the gallery to main image box fo the film page in either fire fox or Safari.

No work around, images are useless on the film page.

Now the Message Board issues:
EDIT / DELETED

Is anyone else having these issues? Do you have to have a windows / Internet Explorer for everything to work?
That would suck for an automated all over the world online service.

Anyone?

For the last three days their site hasn't been functioning well at all. I've managed servers a lot in my life, had my own dedicated server since I was about 18 I guess, and whenever we were switching over we had no more than a few hours of downtime or where things might be messed up. These big companies need to figure out how it's done, honestly, because it can be pretty annoying.

I love WithoutABox, though, it's a great service. It makes it so easy to submit to festivals, though, sometimes you get carried away and submit to too many, haha.

Sundance absolute last day knucklehead deadline was Friday for shorts and is Monday for features, so maybe they were overwhelmed with 3 or 4 thousand last minute submitters.
