Wireless Transmitter Audio Interference

I own a Sennheiser 100 Series G2 wireless lavalier system. I get a buzzing sound on the transmitter, when I'm shooting indoors in tight quarters. The buzzing intensifies the closer the transmitter gets to a wall or electronic equipment (home televisions, stereos, etc.). I don't think that the microphone or transmitter pack is broken because the buzzing immediately goes away when I shoot outdoors. Does this phenomenon sound familiar to anyone? What can I do to protect my transmitter from buzzing indoors? Is there a way I can shield my mic/transmitter from this interference? Thanks.

the only thing is to buy better unit or divercity reciever not get reflection hits from the walls or other ghard serfaces
cheap - cost you more :-)

That's just the name of the game. All electronic stuff like TVs etc radiate RF. Even if it's not on the same frequency as your wireless it contributes to the general RF noise floor and decreases the receiver sensitivity, thus limiting your range. The solution is to turn off TVs and other RF sources in the vicinity or as Oleg suggested, bite the bullet and upgrade to a wireless setup with better receiver front ends, diversity reception, etc.
