Wireless Receivers - Bodypack vs. Rack

Got curious and started looking at wireless systems people use and recommend, but in lines like the Sennheiser G3, what's the quality difference between receivers like the Bodypack vs. the rack-mounted ones?

I imagine choosing one or the other comes needing ENG style vs. feature sound, but has anyone compared two similar setups from a quality perspective?

Shouldn't be any sound quality difference and as the G3 is now diversity there should be very little quality difference at all.

Only that the 100 series camera receiver is unbalanced and the mains one is balanced.
