Wireless monitor setup for 3 axis gimbal? - what are the options?

I would like to set up a monitor on a 3 axis wireless gimbal. I want to control focus with it. I would like to connect it to my 5d with a wireless receiver.

What setup do you recommend? Which one you don't?

It looks awesome! However, I don't really need a lot of data transmitted to the monitor. I want to use the monitor to control focus only. I don't think I need a sophisticated and (expensive) solution...
