Wireless Lav to external or internal

You are actually incorrect. Each camera has 2 channels of audio, because they record in stereo. You can run a shotgun to the left channel, and a wireless to the right channel with a dual mono to stereo Y cable. Then just run the other wireless mic on the other camera. Problem solved!

What kind of shotgun do you have? If it's battery powered, then you can just get a short XLR to 1/8" cable. If it's phantom powered, then you will need a box like the BeachTek or Juiced Link to provide it power. The disadvantage to converting it to 1/8" is that the cable lenghts can't be nearly as long without introducing noticable hum.

I am not familiar with the camera, but I did a quick search. It looks like you can't control audio levels individually, but you can separate the tracks in post and change them individually. Almost all NLEs have this functionality.
