Wireless Headphones For Zoom H4n Monitoring?

So I use an H4n with an NTG-3 and a Audio Technica at4053b, I sync it up with the footage in post, kind of tired of cables with the zoom while I'm doing thing with cameras etc, so I was wondering if there was wireless headphones that work with the h4n and I will later upgrade to either a Tascam DR-680 or a Edioral R-44, theres a lot of wireless headphones but I was wondering if anyone knew which ones worked with the h4n, also I might want to use a splitter in the case that I have a sound person on set.
Thanks

what pro mixers use to send wireless monitoring to client/director/producer/video village are IFB devices. lectrosonics makes a nice set but most use comteks. you can find older used sets on ebay or other used audio house sites. but you're looking to spend a lot more than what your recorder costs...

Just like everything wireless, you need to spend a fair amount of money before the dropouts/interference/other issues are rare enough that it's even semi-reliable, and even then it's still not as good as wired.

As was already mentioned, unless you want to spend a lot more than your recorder on a system, wireless headphones really aren't a good solution.

P.S. Just my personal thought, but you've got pretty good mic's, and you're using an H4n as the preamp/recorder? A new recorder is definitely what I would invest in asap. Getting a bag-able recorder may actually solve your issues with wires anyway as it'd be easier to handle. I used to have an H4n and, while decent, it just wasn't designed to be used on sets.

There are no wireless headphones that I know of that are good enough for monitoring.

The closest you will get is an IEM system at two to three times the price of the H4n, to which you can connect any headphones you want.

But the transmitter is normally mains powered - though some can be powered by external 12V DC - eg: sennheiser ew 300 IEM G3.

Thanks! Yes I agree I do need to upgrade my recorder, however I do like the h4n because I can put it on a tripod connect an xlr and have it record, I'm a very low budget filmmaker at the moment so I don't have the money for a sound person, I just have a friend do it or I will do it if there is no one else. Battery life isnt to bad on it either I use rechargeables and they last about 2 hours per pair, but from what ive heard it doesnt quite compare to some of the other recorders as far as sound quality, anyway getting back to the post I was actually thinking of getting a g3 wireless lav system from sennheiser, I also use one of their handheld microphones and with the g3 I can connect it wirelessly to the receiver, is there any way to combo this with wireless headphones, like getting the g3 and using it for headphone transmitting as well?
Thanks
