Windows 7 home premium issue?

Hi, does anyone know if there is a compatibility issue with Premiere CS4 and Windows 7 home premium? I keep getting "Error 1603. Fatal error" during installation.

I'm using premiere pro cs4 on windows 7 too.

A|re you sure you installation disks are okay?

You should of stuck with Vista. Is this a fresh install of Premiere?

In my experience Vista generally more unstable than Windows 7. I love Windows 7.
Anyway, I'm running Premiere CS4 fine on Windows 7 home premium, but I'm using 64bit. Although that shouldn't make a difference considering Premiere is a 32bit program.
All I can think of is to try reformatting and starting over with Windows 7. Sometimes there are just "bad installs"... and a reformat might fix that.

Maybe it's because I have the home edition. Should it have anything to do with it? Should I upgrade to windows 7 professional?
