Window Layouts

Does anyone know how to return the window layouts to the way it was when you first started using FCP?

I was working on an effect and I expanded one of the windows so I can see the Keyframe graph and when I was done the effect, I shrunk the window back to what I thought was how I had it but then it was showing unused space in those windows like a vertical letterbox in both the canvas and viewer. It was showing this even with the Fit to Window selected. I later unchecked the Show Square Pixels and that got rid of the unused space space I was seeing.

Now the majority of my clips that are in my browser are showing the Square Pixels! Everytime I load a clip in I have to uncheck the Show SQ. Pixels selection!

I am dealing with all of this just because I expanded one window to see what I was doing! As of now, I my window layouts back to a happy medium but for some reason it still doesn't feel the same as how I had them.

Re: Window Layouts

Yes there are a couple different selections...I am not at my editing workstation I am on my laptop so I don't know if this is just being pulled out of my ass..if you go to Windows>Arrangement (I believe thats it) You can select different arrangements...

Re: Window Layouts

Right. It should be "window" then "arrange" then "restore window layout..."
If you had any layouts saved (which makes things easier) you can just select your saved layout there...
