I just upgraded myself to the window 7. Haven't moved my vegas over to it yet. I was wondering if anyone is using the window 7 with Vegas? If so any problems?

Many people are using it. Join the SCS forums and read up on it. Experiences seem to range from absolutely perfect, to cannot proceed. Which version of Vegas Pro are you using? If it's Version 8.x, stay there.

I'm on Vegas Pro 8.0A

Version 8.0c was pretty solid and it's what I eventually went to.. before trying 9.0, 9.0a, 9.0b, and now 9.0c. Version 9.0d is out, but based on past experience, I am not moving.

No real problems on 9.0d (so far!) using both 64 and 32 bit versions in Windows 7. Prior to that, 9.0c has been very solid for several months now.

The only problems I've had were a few third-party add-one which are 32-bit only - understandably, they only run on the 32 bit version of Vegas. A little annoying to sometimes need to swap from one version to the other, but not the end of the world.

Hey Corine,

Raylight Ultra supports Win7/Vegas 9d as well as Vegas 8.0. The older legacy Raylight for Windows will only support up to Vegas 8.

Hope this helps,
Andy
