unfortunately i recently did an interview for a documentary im doing and a few times during the interview their was some strong wind that blew and now it sounds really loud in post and you can't hear a words when the person is talking. Is there anything i can do or methods i can use to lessen the wind noise? anything that can be done in premiere pro to turn down the loud wind noise? i don't have adobe audition either or any real sound software for that matter unfortunately. i'm gussing this is one of those times i will have to learn and next time shoot indoors or with a wind shield. but any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do to reduce the wind noise. You could try to EQ out the low rumble but wind noise is typically broader than just low frequencies. If the wind is strong enough to completely disrupt the recording, there is really no good audio to recover. Your best bet is to re-do the interview with proper wind protection.

I use the High Pass filter and set it to ~100 - 250Hz with great results. :)
