Win7/64, CS3, Magic Bullet - PROBLEM

Got a weird problem here. I am using Premiere CS3 in Windows 7. When I apply Magic Bullet Looks to my video, the preview goes all dark (like a high contrast filter). If I click on the video preview it looks fine, and the Looks filters are visible. However, when I export the video it looks dark, as in the preview.
:badputer:

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

I dunno, try using Xp or vista as windows 7 isn't support for CS3.

According to Red Giant's compatibility chart, it should work fine:

No one else is having this problem? I would think it was a problem with my ATI video card except that it outputs that way as well.

I guess I will try running Premiere is XP compatibility mode. No way I'm going back to XP or Vista after using Win7/64.

did it work in XP Compatibility mode?

I tried compatibility mode last night. Didn't fix anything. It's weird, because MB is the only thing that isn't working. I am still wondering if it could possibly be my ATI video card, even though the output is off as well as the preview. Does MB use the GPU to assist with final rendering at all? If so, then that could explain it.

I need to figure out if I need to spend my money upgrading to CS4 or replacing my ATI with an NVIDIA card.

Figured it out. I think it was a licensing error. I saw a brief mention of something like that on another forum. Had to uninstall, gut the registry, and reinstall. MB now works in CS3 on Win7/64 with my ATI. No compatibility mode needed.

I was having a similar problem with Win7 x64, Premiere CS3 and an older version of MB Looks. The looks filter wouldn't load unless I was starting Premiere with administrative rights, but then it's working like a charm

Tbh it seams way too soon for adobe.

At the earliest i would have though maybe late this year but not april.
