Hey guys,
Web Compression Noob.
I have to post this 5 minute video on the web. What I did is compress it from FCP using Compressor. I selected Quicktime 7 Ready, Web Download, H.264, 800 kbps. The resulting file is 39 MB, looks great, sounds great, etc. This should be fine to put up on the web and have people download, right?
And I did another file, same settings, but had it prepared for Web Streaming. Could a file with those settings and of that size be streamed efficiently? Thanks.
