Will my follow focus work with RED + Zeiss Primes

Hi there,

I have a Follow Focus that I bought from eBay for use with my Brevis35 and my Nikon lenses. I'm soon working on a RED ONE shoot using Zeiss UltraPrimes. Will I be able to use my FF with the RED and the UltraPrimes? The rental house is asking big bugs for an ARRI FF.

My FF has a set of four rings in following diameters

55mm-65mm
65mm-75mm
75mm-85mm
85mm-95mm

It also depends on what rods you are using with your red.
