Will the .7x or .6x wide converter lens, or Fish eye lens attach to the camera with the Mattebox? I know that the Anamorphic doesnt at least not with the Cavision which I have.

The problem is not so much if you can attach it to the Mattebox, it's the fact that you are going to see vignetting with a wide angle like that which precludes you from getting the full wide....
You might try pushing the bellows back further but I believe you are going to see part of the holders for your 4x4 filters...
