This issue came up when I started using the external monitor setting (Playback settings > External Monitor). When I have the ext monitor viewing the scene, and I have the cursor in the timeline positioned within 5 seconds from the end of the timeline, it "jumps" to the end (last frame) when I press spacebar or the "play" arrow in the program monitor. When I have the ext monitor setting to "none," then it plays through to the end of the timeline just like normal when I press spacebar or the play arrow.
Does anyone else have this issue? I don't like being limited to viewing my edit from a timeline position of 5+ seconds from the end of the timeline.
I have 4gigs of Ram, and I don't think memory is an issue because I can have multiple programs running and never have any sort of lag associated with memory problems. This is the only problem I've had.
