Wierd Export Problem

Hey guys,

I've just completed a project in Premiere Pro 2.0 and burned a nice looking DVD in Architect. The client then asked for a couple VHS copies, so I figured it'd be no problem... Unfortunately, I'm having more problems with that than I did with the multi-menu DVD.

It's a 48 min. project, however it drops frames about 15 minutes in, usually in the same spot. Premiere doesn't recognize that it's dropping frames (under the export window, says "Dropped Frames: 0"), however I know the look of dropped frames in video, and it skips, then eventually catches up to itself.

I'm having a lot of trouble with it and since it skips 1/3 of the way through the project, it makes testing a very time consuming process.

I'm worried that it may be my capture card (or lack there of). It's my dad's computer and I don't know much about it, but we've been having some trouble, both capturing and exporting.

I went into my device manager to see what he has, but this is all I saw. Am I looking in the right place or may he not have a proper card?

Thanks in advance, I know Premiere fairly well, but computer/hardware problems I'm afraid I'm at a loss.

Any advice would be appreciated,
Taylor
