Widescreen Cropping

Is there an easy way to crop a project from 16:9 to 2.39:1, either in idividual clips or the completed time line (1920×800)?

Edit with these in the timeline so I can get an idea of what it will look like when it's finalized. Then in Compressor you can set it to crop off the top and bottom of the frame when you're all finished with the project to remove the black bars are are left with a 1920x800 QT movie.
