Wide angle lenses

I have been watching a lot of Wes Anderson's films latley and have grown a great liking to the way his films are shot with wide lenses. I know he shoots wide anamorphic lenses on 35mm but I was wondering what would be the closest and highest quality lens choice for the DVX. I am thinking along the lines of a Century .6 or .7 that would give some barrel distortion and very crisp, wide shots. Any reccomendations? Any clips or screen grabs that can also be shared would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

.6x Century is yummy and alot cheaper then the .7x. Never understood why you would want to zoom through the .7x with it's extra weight and price if you're going for wide angle look...
