Why's Adobe not at DV Expo East?

[brownhood]

I assumed Adobe would attend, as an exhibitor, the DV Expo East at The Jacob Javitz Conv. Center in NYC....... upon some checking(checked the exhibitor list, checked the floor plan, and sent email to Adobe..haven't recieved answer yet)...... there're not, .....very disappointing.... as a user of PP1.5, AE6.5, Audition1.5, & Encore DVD1.5, I was looking forward to networking w/ their Prod. Reps., watching the demo classes and finding out what's on the horizon for Adobe video software.
Last year I enjoyed Adobe's presentations and I got a chance to speak with Jacob Rossenburg..... This, along with some comparison research, was key to me going the "Adobe way" on the Windows platform.
I will be attending the expo and I will continue to use Adobe Video Software..... still the best on the Windows platform.

Maybe they don't have anything new to show? Adobe needs to get some HD support (other than HDV) or they'll be left in the dust by their competitors. This is coming from a Premiere user, too.
