Why won't it interpret it as 60fps?

I just noticed a big problem I have with interpreting my 60fps SD interlaced footage with Premiere Pro 1.5. It only recognizes it as 30fps which is made clear by the project window that gives me all the info. I've tried everything I know to remedy the problem...

I know this could very easily be a stupid newbie question, but can anyone shed some light on this issue?
 
Dammit! I knew that was a stupid question.

If I had given it another day I know it would've come to me hahahaha
