...does EVERY movie i watch wet the streets. Like in just about every movie the streets look liked they're soaked. why!?
 
I think it's because it's easier to light the scenes due to the light that reflects off of the water, but I may be wrong.
 
I'd be guessing that you're talking about night shots mostly. I would think they would wet the streets to give them some definition through reflection otherwise they would look pretty lifeless, undramatic. But that's just a guess.
 
yeah those are most of the things i thought of too. But it looks kinda fake because it didnt just rain and stuff.

I just love the airline security line. How those ever vigilant male guards get all distracted when young women in low-cut pants take their high heels of and load everything on the belt...
