Why sound track stay synchronize

Ok. I had a 2-3 videos on video track 1, then it automaticly put the video audio in audio track 1. Then I import on the time line a song in the AIDIO track 2.

Why is that if I move my music from track 2 on the timeline fowoard ou backward, the videos track follow...

How can my music audio track can be independant... so I can move it with out affecting my video track. Because it cause a real problem when you have a big work done, and you want to short a song or movie it a little bit on the timeline, everything follow with it, THAT'S NOT GOOD!!

Click on the audio track and press the "u" key. This will ungroup the video and audio.

Most likely, the problem is that you have mutiple elements SELECTED. If you move one selected event, the rest will move as well. Hit Ctrl?a to deselect everything, then drag the event you want to move.

Actually, he most likely has auto-ripple on and it's set to all tracks. Hit CTRL-L or unselect the auto-ripple button up top.
