Why no Plugin Installs in CS5?

hello Guys!

I am having lot of headache because of no support of plug-ins in CS5.
I have installed BCC7, and demo versions of some other plugins, everything installs with no Problem, I even see that some filters are loaded during startup screen of CS5. But the problem is that I don't see any Plugin filters in the Effects list. :( What is the Problem? No info on web on this topic?:huh:

I have Windows 7 with Premiere Pro CS5.0.2.
 
Most likely the issue is that CS5 is a 64 bit application, and as such requires 64 bit versions of all plug-ins for them to work.
