Why is my picture quality bad and grainy? with letus mini?

I just bought letus mini with SONY-HDR-XR520, when i see the picture on lcd i see inside of the letus, so I zoom in to remove it,so thats how 35mm work? u have to zoom in ?
-50 mm Nikon 1.8 lens on it,
-batteries are in the letus and turned on
when i zoom in to get picture i want, its so grainy , what am i doing wrong?
 
oh never mind, i had to put some button off, OMG ITS AMAZING,
