Why is my histogram shifting after render?

I'm doing some color correct and when i render my clips, the histogram information shifts higher?? Its hard get everything broadcast safe that way! Any idea why its doing this. My footage is in dv.

That is really strange, I've never had that problem. Do you have any filters on the clips you are color correcting that might be causing them to shift after rendering?

no, only the cc filter, and its doing it on every single clip

Depends what colour space your working in under your render settings you could have shot whites over 100 ire and fcp could be clamping them.
