Why is my 50MB compressed file throwing off the audio?

This is strange one. When I compress the file down to fest size it looks great, finally, now it throws the audio off by a few milliseconds. I moved the video file to compensate but it still does it. It is locked in perfectly in FCP. This only happened after I applied the Neatvideo plugin. But why would that make the audio out of sync? Puzzling. And it is really pissing me off. Any ideas?

Re-check audio output settings for compresion or try some others?

No. I slid the audio files over to compensate. But it's still a pube hair off.rogar-Evil(DBG):
